Yes. Every diamond we use is independently certified by the IGI (International Gemological Institute). Your certificate comes with your order and confirms the stone's carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity. It's your guarantee of exactly what you're getting.
Is this piece made to order?
Yes. Each piece is made to order, allowing us to create your jewellery to the highest standards of quality and finish. Please allow approximately two weeks for production before dispatch.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the setting or metalwork for as long as you own the piece. If a prong loosens, a clasp fails, or something isn't right with the craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. It doesn't cover accidental damage or general wear, but it does mean you can trust the quality from day one.

Your piece arrives in a luxury gift box, ready to wear or give. Included with every order: your IGI diamond certificate, a care guide for your jewellery, and a dust pouch for storage. Everything you need, nothing extra.
